Admission requirements - Master of Management and International Business (MCI)

A full bachelor's degree must be validated for passage to Master 1.

For any application to Master 1, an application file must be sent via the Mon master platform.
As soon as the campaign opens, submit your application online on the Mon master application, by clicking on "Je candidate".

The following documents will be requested:

  • an application form to be completed and scanned, to specify your oriental language of access among the oriental languages taught at Inalco ICI
  • a letter of motivation written in French setting out your professional project (1 page)
  • a transcript of grades for the first semester of the current year
  • a copy of diploma(s) already obtained (with their supplements)
  • transcripts of diplomas obtained since the baccalauréat
  • for foreign students without a French state diploma (example: licence), official attestation of C1 level French (TCF or DALF)
  • results of TOEIC Listening & Reading level 750 or equivalent (TOEFL, Cambrige, IELTS) - except for candidates for whom the study of the English language is integrated into the current university curriculum or validated very recently (example: LEA English - Chinese)

For foreign students, a sworn translation of all documents supplied not written in French will be requested.

Attention!For non-European applicants whose country of residence is covered by the Études en France scheme, the application campaign takes place on the eCandidat1 platform: candidatures.inalco.fr.

For admission of an external student to Master 2, a Master 1 must be fully validated.

Admission of students graduating from Inalco's Licence LLCER Parcours Commerce International

Students will be admitted on the basis of the following criteria:

  • have obtained the Licence LLCER parcours "commerce international" without compensation for international business subjects (i.e. have validated each course with the minimum mark of 10/20)
  • have obtained a minimum overall average of 12/20 for the compulsory fundamental language and civilization courses.

Other applications from Inalco students who do not meet these criteria will be examined and possibly retained depending on results and the number of places available.
