We'll be looking at opportunities and methods for reusing documents and data outside their purely historical value. For this purpose, we welcome Mathilde Emeriau, whose research has mobilized OFPRA asylum application files and nominative population censuses from the 19th century, and Magalie Moysan, who is studying the reuse of archives in biomedical research. Through their research experiences, the two speakers will present an overview of the field of possibilities in terms of re-use, as well as the conditions for success of such approaches.

  • Magalie Moysan, Senior Lecturer in Archival Studies at the University of Angers, Temos Laboratory
