This library reflects the interests that were Bernard Moussali's: the history of Arab music in the first half of the 20th century, the 1932 Cairo Congress, but also 78 rpm recordings, Ottoman music, music in Syria and Morocco, and the role of minorities in the construction of oriental music at the turn of the 20th century.
