Enrol in the O' Languages Passport / Minor
Please note: for security reasons, timetables (Inalco course schedules) via Hyperplanning are now only accessible to individuals (teachers, administrative staff, students) who hold a valid Inalco digital account for the academic year in question.
For students, activation of this digital account requires that they have completed their administrative enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year and that this has been validated by the Registrar’s Office.
However, for information purposes only, you can view the course catalogue on this page.
Please note that the timetables in the course catalogue are provided for information purposes only. They reflect the information available as at 3 July 2026. They will not be updated in this catalogue.
Once you have enrolled at INALCO for the 2026/2027 academic year and activated your digital account, you will be able to log in to your student portal and to Hyperplanning.
The timetables displayed on Hyperplanning are subject to frequent changes. Please ensure you check them regularly.
Enrolment in the Passeport Langues O’ programme
Before taking any action, please consult the presentation of the Passeport Langues O’ programme at this page. Some courses are not available through the Passeport Langues O’ programme.
Please note : this year, the administrative enrolment procedure for Passeport Langues O’ has changed. It is now entirely online (there is no longer a PDF form to complete and return).
Whether you were already enrolled last year or are registering for the first time this year, you must follow the three steps below.
- Pre-register by completing the online form below
From 15 July until 15 September 2026 (deadline), please complete the form.
You will need to complete the following sections:
- Title (F or M)
- Surname at birth
- First name
- Date of birth
- INE number (optional)
- Contact email address
- Geographical area covered by the Passport in question (if you wish to follow several Passports, you will need to complete the form a second time)
- Registration and payment
If your pre-registration does indeed contain all the necessary details, you will receive, within at least 5 working days, an email from inscriptions@inalco.fr containing the information required to complete your administrative registration online and make the online payment (500 euros payable in a single monthly instalment).
PLEASE NOTE : Due to Inalco’s summer closure, enrolments will be suspended from Friday 24 July until Wednesday 19 August 2026 at 2.00 pm. Please therefore do not follow up on your application.
- Course enrolment for the O’ Language Passport
Once administrative enrolment has been completed, course enrolment (choice of courses) is subject to the number of places available. Course enrolment dates to be announced.
To this end, you will need to send an email to the academic office for the language you are studying. This email MUST include the following information:
- your student number
- your full name
- first name
- the geographical area and language covered by the Passport
- the course codes for the 1st and 2nd semesters that you wish to take (between 1 and 8 courses over the year)
Enrolment in a Minor (parallel enrolment)
Enrolment in a Minor (parallel to your main enrolment at a public higher education and research institution in France).
Before taking any steps, please consult the overview of courses available as a minor on this page. Some courses are not available as a minor.
Whether you were already enrolled last year or are enrolling for the first time this year, you must follow the three steps below.
- Pre-enrolment by completing the online form below
From 15 July until 15 September 2026 at the latest (until 30 September 2026, but only if there is an agreement with your home institution), complete the form.
You will need to complete the following sections :
- Gender (F or M)
- Surname Date of birth
- First name
- Date of birth
- INE number (optional)
- Contact email address
- The name of the public higher education and research institution in France at which you are enrolled for the 2026/2027 academic year. You must attach your 2026/2027 enrolment certificate to this form
- The level at which you are enrolled at your main institution (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD)
- Enrolment and payment
If your pre-enrolment application does indeed contain all the necessary details, you will receive, within at least 5 working days, an email from inscriptions@inalco.fr containing the information required to complete your online administrative enrolment and make your online payment
- Flat-rate fee for individual registration for 2026–2027: €150.
- Under certain partnership agreements currently in force between Inalco and other institutions, students are exempt from enrolment fees for the Minor.

Once administrative enrolment has been completed, course enrolment (choice of modules) is subject to the number of places available. Course enrolment dates to be announced.
To this end, you will need to send an email to the academic office for the language you are studying. This email MUST include the following information:
- your student number
- your surname at birth
- your first name
- The name of the public higher education and research institution in France at which you are enrolled for the 2026/2027 academic year. You must attach your 2026/2027 enrolment certificate to this form
- The level at which you are enrolled at your main institution (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD)
- the course codes for the 1st and 2nd semesters that you wish to take (between 1 and 4 courses over the year)
