Wellness refers to a general state of good health and fulfillment. It encompasses both physical and mental health. But in a stressful life full of classes and work, it's sometimes difficult to find the time, the means or the right advice to take care of your body.
That's why the REVE service offers you the opportunity to listen to your body and take care of yourself.

Relax' Exams

The Relax'Exams scheme returns this year to help students pass their exams in the best possible conditions! Set up by the Student Success and Student Life department, Relax'Exams distributes snacks and drinks in the 2nd floor hall every day during exam periods.

Students can also enjoy a relaxing break thanks to art therapy (anti-stress coloring), and massages offered by Nomad's, funded by the Contribution de vie étudiante et de campus (CVEC), on the 2nd floor Hall walkway. A great way to relax, manage stress and emotions!
