8th Prix Emile Guimet ceremony for Asian literature

For the new edition of the Emile Guimet Prize for Asian Literature, the winners of which will be announced on June 4, 2025, the Guimet Museum will for the first time be awarding the Inalco Student Prize for Manga, in addition to the Novel Prize and the Comic Book Prize.

Created to highlight the richness and diversity of Asian literature translated into French, the Émile Guimet Prize for Asian Literature enters its eighth edition this year with a selection of outstanding works.

For the first time, Inalco and the Guimet Museum have joined forces to create the "Inalco Student Prize for Manga" to be awarded at the ceremony.

The winners in the three categories will be announced by Laure Adler, author, journalist and producer, President of the jury for this 8th edition.

The awards ceremony will be followed by a cocktail reception.
