With 14 research units, Inalco develops recognized research in many fields related to world languages, cultures and societies. This dynamic is reflected in the Agence Nationale de la Recherche's (ANR) support for 28 projects since 2011, 12 of which are currently underway, representing total funding of 5.6 million euros.

Through this first edition, Inalco wishes to showcase the richness and diversity of the research carried out within it, encourage exchanges between researchers, PhD students and students, and raise awareness of the funding opportunities offered by the ANR.

Objectives of the event
  • Present ANR-funded research projects at Inalco in an accessible way
  • Showcase the diversity of research themes and approaches in the human and social sciences
