French language and culture
Inalco organizes a summer school for international students wishing to perfect their French - levels A2, B1 or B2 - while discovering French culture through quality teaching at a public university.
3 weeks in the heart of Paris from July 2 to 24, 2026
5 days a week, Monday to Friday
- General French classes every morning - 48 hours
- French practice workshops & cultural immersion afternoons except Fridays - 24 hours
- Workshops on interculturality and the French language via art, cooking, cinema, theater, music
- Guided tours: Musée d'Orsay, Musée Guimet, Montmartre, Quartier Latin, Opéra Garnier, Cité internationale universitaire de Paris

Information and Applications
Applications are open from December 18, 2025 until February 5 (exceptionnally extended to March 6), 2026 via the online form.
To complete their application, applicants must take the Inalco test (more information on the application form). A tutorial is available on this page.
Successful candidates will be notified and invited to complete their registration by paying a deposit, in accordance with the programme’s general terms and conditions.
