Take control of your studies!

Would you like to get involved at Inalco, have a say in decisions affecting the university, and be able to voice your opinions and defend students’ interests? Now is the time to stand for election to become a student representative on one or more of Inalco’s councils!
You can stand for election to the Board of Governors, the Academic Council (reserved for PhD students), your department or programme’s council, or the Master’s Programmes Committee (for Master’s students only).

How do you stand as a candidate?

Decide which council you’d like to stand for, then find one or more other students (depending on whether it’s a single-candidate or list-based election) to stand alongside you. Next, complete the necessary application forms (available on the Student Portal) and submit them to office 4.41 or by email ( affaires.juridiques@inalco.fr ) between 9 and 16 November at 12 noon, accompanied by signed photocopies of each candidate’s student card, and, if applicable, a manifesto.

Any more questions? Need some advice?

A drop-in session will be organised so that you can ask any questions, seek advice and meet other students interested in the elections. Make the most of it!

Details of this drop-in session will be announced at a later date.
