Supported by the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) through its "Langues en dialogues" initiative and carried by the Licence + program, this second edition invited French-speaking students from around the world to explore the theme of endangered languages by submitting an original, multilingual short story. Sponsored by novelist Carole Martinez and Jean-Luc Raharimanana, novelist, essayist and poet, this year's competition introduced the special PERL "digital work" prize.
