The Chinese consumer, golden goose or nemesis for the luxury industry?

The intensity of competition, changing modes of representation and consumption, and technology are rapidly challenging the traditional image of luxury brands. How do European brands understand these changes, what innovations are they developing, and what obstacles are jeopardizing certain positions?

HEC graduate and social science enthusiast, Christophe Feuché is a keen observer of consumer mutations in East and Southeast Asia. He has worked with Asia for over 15 years for consulting firms and a major international bank, and has been stationed in Singapore, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Today, he advises companies on their development strategy, particularly in the decoration and luxury sectors.
