Since the end of the pandemic, there has been a significant increase in studies and research focusing on the well-being of both teachers and students. These studies explore strategies and measures designed to promote well-being in professional and learning environments. Particular attention has been given to future teachers and education professionals, whose work is characterised by high levels of emotional engagement and demanding interpersonal interactions.
The main objective of this programme is to offer students—future teaching and education professionals—an intercultural learning experience combining virtual and physical mobility. It aims to help participants address the well-being challenges they currently face or are likely to encounter in their future careers, while developing skills that will support their long-term professional well-being.
