In November 2025, student representatives will be elected to several Inalco bodies (first or single round from November 13 to 14 at 12pm, second round from November 20 to 21 at 12pm). For all these elections, candidatures must be submitted between November 4 and 7 at 12pm.

Become a player in your studies!

Do you want to get involved at Inalco, to take part in decision-making concerning the life of the establishment and to be able to give your opinion and defend the interests of students? Now's the time to stand for election to one or more of Inalco's student councils!
You can stand for election to the Board of Directors (only for first-year students), to the Board of your department or course, the Commission des formations de Master (Master students only) or the Conseil des formations et de la vie étudiante.

How to stand as a candidate

Identify the council you'd like to run for, then look for one or more other students (depending on whether it's a single-member or slate election) to run with you. Then fill in the necessary nomination forms (available here or at office 4.41) and drop them off at office 4.41 or send them by email (View e-mail) by November 7 at 12pm, together with signed photocopies of each candidate's student ID or ID card, and a profession de foi if appropriate.
