To apply for a mobility period under the Erasmus+ programme, please submit your application using the following form:

>> Application form << (link active from 21 September)

Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your application. We strongly recommend that you start preparing your application now. Late applications will not be accepted, regardless of the reason (technical issues, illness, etc.).

To help you prepare your application, please refer to the following documents:

  • The presentation given during the information meeting
  • The brochure listing the partner universities participating in the Erasmus+ programme
  • The mobility project form, to be completed and signed by your RRI (International Relations Coordinator)

Important :

  • This campaign is not open to L1 students (students may only go abroad from L2 onwards) or to students enrolled in professionally oriented programmes (mobility is only possible during Semester 1 of L3). It is also not open to students currently retaking their year or with the AJAC status.
  • Due to the high number of departures this year following a very successful first mobility application campaign, we cannot guarantee that Erasmus+ funding will be available for Semester 2 of the 2026–2027 academic year. If receiving an Erasmus+ grant is a non-negotiable condition for your mobility, you may also apply during the next mobility campaign (held between October and February, depending on the department) for a departure during the 2026–2027 academic year.

For administrative questions, please contact Ms Lucille Daudenthun: View e-mail (Office 3.39).

Questions relating to academic matters, particularly regarding the completion of the mobility project form, should be addressed to your International Relations Coordinator (RRI): https://www.inalco.fr/preparer-un-projet-de-mobilite

Please note that short-term mobility opportunities (one-week Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes, or BIPs) are also offered by the partners of our European alliance, EUniWell. The next round of course and training opportunities will be published in mid-November. You can consult the current catalogue of available opportunities here: euniwell.eu.
