How to bequeath to the Inalco Foundation?

There are several solutions available to you, depending on your personal and financial situation:

  • Legacy, by will, to pass on all or part of your estate;
  • Life insurance, a simple and flexible tool, by designating the Inalco Foundation as beneficiary;

Attractive taxation

Transmitting to the Inalco Foundation allows you to benefit from anadvantageous tax regime:

  • bequests are exempt from inheritance tax ;
  • life insurance policies are exempt from social security taxes and levies ;
  • gifts qualify for a 66% income tax reduction, and, where applicable, a 75% IFI reduction.

French legislation also guarantees the protection of your heirs, ensuring a balance between family transmission and philanthropic commitment.
