Literary diaglossia in modern and contemporary East Asia Study day

Following the preparatory workshop held on October 14, 2024, we are organizing a first study day.

"Diaglossia" refers to the study of crossovers and circulations between "glosses", i.e. the different styles, registers, idioms, but also the different languages, regional, national and foreign, past and present, that circulate, intersect, translate and clash in a given society.
