The rapid rise of artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming language teaching and learning practices, particularly Chinese, in a variety of contexts (school and university teaching, language courses, self-study, continuing education).
This colloquium, co-organized with AREC, aims to critically and multi-disciplinarily interrogate the current uses of AI, their contributions, their limits as well as their didactic, pedagogical, ethical and institutional implications.
