International mobility in the Master of Management and International Business

Starting in the 2025-2026 academic year, the International Business program is introducing an international mobility program for its students.

Outgoing mobility

From now on, Master 1 students will have the opportunity to go abroad at two key times during the year:

  • At the end of the first semester, after the Christmas vacations.
  • At the end of the second semester of Master 1.

This mobility has been designed to offer several opportunities:

  • Perform a six-month internship abroad.
  • Take equivalent courses at a higher education institution.
  • Perform a research dissertation, in consultation with the department management.

For any questions, please contact Mr Michel Blanchard (Click here to show mail address), Ms Claire Thumelin (Click here to show mail address) or Ms Khadija Bayoud (Click here to show mail address).

Incoming mobility

The course will also welcome international students during the first semester of Master 2. To facilitate their integration, all courses may be taught in English.

Internship

Students are required to validate an internship.

  • Master 1: compulsory internship of 2 to 4 months.
  • Master 2: compulsory internship of 4 to 6 months.

It is highly recommended to do your internship abroad. This experience allows you to combine cultural immersion, professional learning and language skills reinforcement. It's important to start looking for an internship as early as possible, as this is an individual process.

In addition, for several years now, the Fondation Pierre Ledoux has been awarding scholarships to students wishing to do their internship abroad.

Scholarship eligibility conditions:

  • The internship must take place in an emerging country in Asia, the Middle East or Africa.
  • The student must be hosted within a non-governmental structure.

This scheme represents an excellent opportunity for students wishing to gain international professional experience, while benefiting from financial support.

Begin by submitting your request for internship validation to the Director of Studies, Khadija Bayoud (Click here to show mail address). To do so, provide a detailed description of your tasks within the organization where you will be doing your internship, as well as the period planned for it.
