The Erasmus+ program provides funding for two types of staff mobility:

For staff mobility, the Erasmus+ program divides the countries participating in the program into 3 categories according to the level of the cost of living in each of these countries, and modulates grant rates according to this classification. These are not minimum or maximum rates, but rather fixed amounts.
- Group 1: Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom - 119 € per day

- Group 2: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain - 106 € per day

-Group 3: Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey - 92 € per day

From the 15th day of activity to the 60th day, the daily rate drops to 70%.

The contribution to travel expenses covers "return" journeys to the place of stay. It is calculated on the basis of the distance travelled according to the kilometre ranges and amounts shown below. Please note that only the outward journey must be taken into account when determining the distance and rate.
A distance calculation tool has been developed by the European Commission and must be used.

Mobility eligibility
Mobility eligibility
Mobilities for training and teaching may last from 2 days to 2 months (excluding travel days). Aletter of invitation from the partner university/institution will be requested to finalize the application.
Mobility for training must be approved in advance by the head of department and by the DRH.
The period of teaching mobility must include a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week. Beyond one week, the number of hours for an incomplete week will be prorated.
ATTENTION : lectures are not eligible.

The Erasmus + program pays particular attention to the hospitality, orientationand educational and technical support and above all to the additional costs associated with the mobility of individuals with disabilities.
The person in charge of the Erasmus+ program will send you an application form for additional funds.
The costs eligible, under certain conditions, for additional funding can be diverse: specific accommodation, assistance from a companion during the trip, medical follow-up, material support, home help or even a life auxiliary.
