To celebrate their 10th anniversary at the Pôle des langues et civilisations, BULAC and Inalco will be opening the festivities with the exhibition "Écritures japonaises: concevoir des caractères typographiques" and the eponymous study days, with a theme never before seen in France, exploring Japanese writing.

Inalco hosts the 2nd meeting of the international tripartite colloquium "Writing and geopolitics in the contemporary Arab and Mediterranean world" organized by CERMOM (Inalco), Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik (Lebanon) and Université Ibn Tofail (Morocco). The 1st meeting was held in 2019 at Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik. The 3rd will take place in March 2022 at Université Ibn Tofail.
