Foundations and practices of diplomacy

The "Foundations and Practices of Diplomacy" short course is a one-week training program co-organized by Inalco and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration Publique de Montréal (ÉNAP), open to students at Master's level and above. After five summer editions in 2021 (Montreal), 2022 (Paris), 2023 (Washington DC), 2024 (Tokyo) and 2025 (London), it will be held in Taipei from February 2 to 6, 2026, in partnership with the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU).
