This call for applications will fund up to 20 one-month research residencies per year to conduct research in collaboration with the program's teams and consortium member institutions and to participate in exchanges with its partners. During their stay, researchers must propose to conduct or formalize high-level academic research related to the program's core scientific question on civilizational narratives and/or civilizationnism, in connection with one of its five thematic areas and/or its methodological area (see description below). During their stay, participants will be expected to contribute to the program's publications, conferences, and/or public events.

Natacha Roudeix, as a doctoral student in Inalco and in the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University (SFU), is recognised with the Dean of Graduate Studies Convocation Medal in June for her thesis "Who are we, where are we going?⸱kinakkuuvita, namungngasivitaa? Language biographies of multilingual Kuujjuammiut: a territory, lives, voices, objects and encounters". She defended her thesis as part of a co-tutelle between SFU and Inalco.
