The "Ma thèse en 180 secondes" (My Thesis in 180 Seconds) competition is an international contest held in French-speaking countries. It enables doctoral students or young PhDs to present their research topic in simple terms to a diverse lay audience. Each participant has three minutes in which to deliver a clear, concise yet convincing presentation of his or her research project.
