The "Ma thèse en 180 secondes" (My Thesis in 180 Seconds) competition is an international contest held in French-speaking countries. It enables doctoral students or young PhDs to present their research topic in simple terms to a diverse lay audience. Each participant has three minutes in which to deliver a clear, concise yet convincing presentation of his or her research project.

Each month, the multidisciplinary doctoral seminar "Relectures de l'héritage classique" has both a training and a research objective. In order to achieve its training objective, the seminar includes in each session, in addition to the intervention of a senior researcher, the presentation of a student, doctoral student or Master 2 student, on his/her research. Alma Abou Fakher, a doctorate in literature and civilization from INALCO and associate researcher at CERMOM, recently attended the Insaniyyat Forum, the first international forum for the humanities and social sciences, which took place in Tunis from September 20 to 24, 2022, and was attended by researchers from a wide range of backgrounds and generations.
