The SIO-IP team and students from the International Relations program will be present at La Fabrique Défense from January 28 to 30, 2022, in the "Research and Training" area. Organized by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, this trade show aims to raise young people's awareness of defense issues and careers, by giving them the opportunity to meet and talk to professionals in the sector.

On November 29, 2024, Inalco welcomed fifty high school and university students from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region as part of the Cordée "Langues et Cultures du Monde" program. An opportunity for these young people to discover the world of university and research, at the crossroads of various disciplines: cultural history, linguistics and ethnomusicology.
Inalco wins the "Humanities and Social Sciences Research Programs" award for its DECRIPT project on the theme of "Civilizations and geopolitical unrest".

The DECRIPT project, led by Inalco, is one of six winners of the ANR's call for expressions of interest in "Research programs in the humanities and social sciences". DECRIPT, "Dispositif d'étude des crises et des récits civilisationnels par la pluridisciplinarité et les terrains", will be funded to the tune of 9 million euros over a 7-year period.
