This virtual exhibition is the result of the Eurasemploi collective research program, supported by the French National Research Agency from 2016 to 2023. The project analyzes changes in employment and forms of uncertainty at work in times of rapid economic growth, and documents workers' experiences in France and Belgium, Japan and China. Under the direction of Bernard Thomann (Inalco, IFRAE), it brings together historians and sociologists from various French and Belgian universities.
